Philosophy
Netminders North Goalie School is committed to the development of goalies in areas that extend beyond the ice surface. It is our belief that the qualities that make good goaltenders are no different than those that foster productive, well-balanced members of our society - a strong work ethic, perseverance, dedication, a sense of fair play, honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, self confidence, self-respect and pride. The single, most important thing is for the goaltender to believe in him/herself, and we, at Netminders North, know that building on the positives — and always finding something positive, no matter how much difficulty the goaltender is experiencing perfecting a technique or skill — is the best way to help an individual realize his/her goals and dreams.
